Mens Fashion Week LA

Hello my Fashionistas! Hope you all have been great and staying fashionable! I wanted to share my recent experience with you all! As you may or may not know, LA fashion week is in full force at the moment I was a part of MensFashionWeekLA. I applied to work the show through my school. I sent my resume and  got an email to confirm an interview.  With nerves and all I headed to LA for the interviews. The Interview process was about 4 hours long. But you know what? That was the MOST FUN I have had at an interview! I met all these great people from all types of backgrounds, that was an great  experience in itself! I got a confirmation email saying that i was chosen to be a part of the team,  I was ecstatic!  Skip a few days and Monday arrives, Day 1 of MensFWLA. One Direction Concert

Hey music lovers!  How is everyone? Long time no blog, I know Im sorry. Ive been attending some great shows and concerts Id thought id share some with you guys.  Not a big One Direction fan but I accompanied a friend to the show down in San Diego and let me tell you...i was very surprised! They know how to put on a show. I had a blast! they sold out a 71,000 person venue. Definitely the biggest concert i have been to thus far! I tried Periscoping parts of the show but there was no signal whatsoever in the venue. I stepped out to Live stream a bit and people were loving it.  If you guys want to watch my concert adventures i suggest you follow me on Periscope @mrflash91. What color is the dress?

Hey fashionistas! If you have been on the internet in the last 24 hours I am sure you guys have heard about this dress that went viral. The great debate of 2015 thus far, what color is the dress? Some people say its Black & Blue (which it is!!!!) & some say is White & Gold.  what do you guys think? There is scientific explanation why some people see it certain colors.  comment or tweet me your opinion!

Hey fashionistas! long time no talk! New year, new fashions, New York Fashion Week is in full affect! Who has been keeping up with this seasons trends and styles? I want to share with you guys my favorite shows so far this season. Marchesa Fall/winter 2015 has been among my favorites so far! Fringes, sequin and tulle galore!   Elegant, regal and stunning is what comes to mind when i saw this collection. I feel like stylist will be flocking to snag a Marchesa dress for any red carpet event for their clients. What do you guys think of Marchesa's line? Chuck Taylor: All Star Rubber Collection

Hey Fashionistas! Im sure we all own or have owned a pair of Chucks in our lifetime & one of my biggest pet peeve was getting my feet wet in the winter! So have you heard the news yet? On September 2nd, 2014, Converse announced their All Star Rubber collection combining both "style and function". The new line of waterproof "Chucks" have a fleece lining and rubber finish to protect your feet on those cold rainy, yet keep you stylish in the 7 colors they will offer. What do you guys think of this new line? Concert Wish-List!

For those that do not know me, I am a concert junkie! I love going to concerts! Something about the adrenaline and the environment of being surrounded by hundreds of people that enjoy the same music you do is amazing to me So far i have been to 2 concerts this year, Iggy Azalea and Lady gaga (both amazing) but my concert wish list is growing, so I'd thought I'd share it with you guys. Banks - (The Goddess Tour)- The Wiltern- October 21+22 Bastille - (The Bad Blood Tour)- The Shrine Expo- November 20th Shiny Toy Guns - The Observatory- September 3rd, Echoplex September 7th. Men's Style Guide

Hey Fashionistas!! Long time no see but I'm back!  How is everyone? Hope everyone is enjoying whats left of the summer! I come today with a mens style guide to help the guys out there how to  properly color coordinate their outfits when attending a special event or  just want to dress up for no reason, like me! When wearing a neutral color jacket you could pair it with a khaki pant.  Wear a blue or black jacket and you can pair it with a grey pant so it stands out.  When wearing a neutral color jacket pastels will combine great with it!  I personally think shoes should be the staple piece of an outfit  when you want to dress up, mixing and matching different color  shoes with the outfit will reflect on your character and style! Show it off! Hope this helps my guy fashionistas out there! The world is your runway, strut!
